Design Presentation
Our design projects begin with a concept presentation that hones in on the visual representation of the project. We explore, mood, color, style, and general floorplans. This step is crucial to the process and sets the basis for all design decisions throughout your project.
The design process is iterative and we rely on collaboration with our clients throughout the entire process to create a thoughtful design with you in mind.

Design Boards & Renderings
As our initial plans take form, we will then source and compile all furniture, materials, lighting, window treatments and fixtures for your project, You will be able to view design boards, drawings, 3D renderings along with material samples for your project in a visual and tactile presentation that will help you get a real sense of how your new home will feel and function.

Construction Documentation
When the design of your home is finalized, we move on to sourcing the materials, textiles, design elements, fixtures, and furnishings we've selected. This phase goes beyond ordering as we track lead times, coordinate deliveries with our receiving warehouse, ensure each item is inspected, and schedule assembly of any furnishings ahead of installation.
Before construction begins we will schedule a walkthrough with the builder and trade partners to walk through the details of the design. We provide a comprehensive construction drawing package that outlines the design of your project down to the smallest detail.
