We are thrilled to share this incredible multi-year full remodel of a corner-row home in Northern Liberties. Phase one is complete, with the primary bathroom suite, a quaint night kitchen, a functional and pretty laundry room, a chic guest bath, and a kid’s bath filled with fun personality. Phase 2 will come in 2024, revealing the kids’ bedrooms and first-floor living spaces.
This project creates the perfect blend of Parisian sophistication with the soul of Philadelphia. Our team has worked to transform the ’90s row home into a home filled with charm and character. The infusion of European details, old-world materials, nuanced textures, and subtle colors will breathe life into this one-of-a-kind home.
